I love Lent. It’s a time of new beginnings, forming new habits, sloughing off bad ones, and spending more time with God. Lent usually sneaks up on me, so I spend the first week figuring out what I would like to do. Not this year! I’ve begun thinking already, so I’m a whole week ahead of the game.
